Kim Anderson is an attorney with Optum Rx, where she negotiates complex pharmacy benefit management agreements with large health plans across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange markets.

A Fargo native, Kim earned her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Iowa and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she focused on the rights of individuals in the behavioral health system. She is passionate about advancing science literacy and making STEM education accessible to the broader community.

Outside of her professional work, Kim enjoys live music, strength training, and caring for her backyard chickens.
