Keith Leier, a 5th-generation builder from North Dakota, takes immense pride in being part of challenging and meaningful projects that shape the region. Having played significant roles in some of Eastern North Dakota’s largest commercial and community centric projects, Keith’s mentality towards development and construction focuses on fostering positive growth and targeting responsible and sustainable projects that enhance the communities where they are built. 

With over 20 years of experience in development and construction, Keith’s career has been driven by his passion for the positive impact of the construction industry. Currently, as a Campus Director – Development at Applied Digital, he plays a key role in overseeing the successful management and delivery of development and construction efforts for the company’s multi-billion-dollar data center campuses. What is undoubtedly a monumental undertaking in rural ND, the opportunity to be a part of a project that will shape the future of ND and the world, is truly a special experience.  

Keith earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Outside of work, Keith and his wife Rachel are busy raising their four young sons. In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time outdoors, engaging in his children’s activities, and reimaging and reinventing his own built environment.
