Where is the museum going to be located?
The Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum will be located in the Premier Urban Plains Development. With the generous land donation from Brandt Holdings Co., the Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum will feel at home as part of the Urban Plains premier destination neighborhood, offer year-round experiences, and be a favored indoor destination during the winter months.Â

We anticipate an opening in 2029.

Thanks to early investment from generous donors, $11.65 million has been raised to date.
How much will it cost to build?
We are focused on raising $70 million for the building, visitor experience, educational programming, and operations.
