STEM Experiences for Everyone

Outreach and community engagement are at the forefront of our mission to break barriers and ignite curiosities. While we work to establish the permanent museum, we will continue to bring interactive, educational, hands-on, age-appropriate STEM experiences to public events in the FM area. Be sure to explore our upcoming events below, and get ready to unlock your inner scientist.

We are Seeking Volunteers for Outreach Events

FMSM provides hands-on STEM programming at community events in the FM region.  These activities play a vital role in making science accessible to everyone. Volunteers will help facilitate events and may also be asked to help set up tables and canopies and load and unload program materials from the STEM Response Unit. All volunteers will be asked to participate in a criminal background check prior to completing FMSM outreach training at the museum planning office.

If you are interested, please complete the form below.

Thank you for volunteering with FMSM.
