Why FMSM

We Believe Anyone Can Be A Scientist

The Fargo-Moorhead Science Museum is designed to be innovative and inclusive. Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Inclusion shape many aspects of the FMSM experience, including conceptual framework, design, and learning opportunities. The Museum will reflect the diverse ways of knowing, through which many cultures interact with the world, including the indigenous nations in our region and the diversity of our residents. FMSM will create experiences that spark delight and ignite people to imagine positive futures for themselves and their communities, regardless of age, race, religion, socioeconomic status, or abilities.
